Originally the clinic was in a small strip shopping center on Jim Miller, but was moved to its present location in 1990. Buckner Terrace Animal Clinic had been selected for the 2008 Dallas Award in the Animal Hospitals category by the U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA).

I can not thank Dr. Norris and all the staff at BTAC enough for their expert care of all the Russell Rescue Jack Russell Terriers. These dogs are displaced, unwanted, abandoned and most are pulled from shelters right before they are to be euthanized. The first step for them is a visit to Dr. Norris to be vetted. I have brought some who are special cases over the years but each time we are met with an expert, professional and caring staff.
Thanks again for all the care you give to the Russell Rescue Jack Russell Terriers!

WONDERFUL, Caring doctor for our loved ones: Buckner Terrace has been our vet for years and has seen many of our animals, from puppy to the grave side. They have always had a very high "care" factor and have given us the utmost of quality care. The location is always clean and "scent free" and well stocked with everything you could ever need for a four-legged friend (2 and 6 legged too, I'm sure, I have no experience there!) I would recommend Bucker Terrace to anyone! Love y'all!

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Norris for 10 years. I used to live close by and have moved to Irving, Tx but I still take my dog and now a cat also to "Buckner Terrace"They care for my (children)dog and cat like no one can.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Norris for many years. I have moved to another city, but I return with my pets to Dr. Norris and the Bucker Terrace Animal Clinic.
I have found Dr. Norris, his clinic, and his staff to be caring, compassionate, and most attentive to my pets. My pets love Dr. Norris as he is kind and gentle with them and the staff is always caring about the health and well-being of my furry friends. They have shared in grief with me over the loss of one pet and the joy of a new puppy. They have always been supurb about answering my questions and helping me deal with sickness, puppy shots, and general questions.
I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Norris.
Dr. Norris has cared for our "children" for a little more than 12 years now. He is a very devoted physician and provides excellent medical care. Dr. Norris has seen us through some very tough and trying times with our dogs. We feel that he is not only our veterinarian, he part of our family. He is always available to answer questions and does a great job of explaining your pet's condition and treatment plan. The staff at BTAC also offers the same loving care as Dr. Norris. When you walk in the office, they treat you and your pet like family. We cannot tell you how fortunate we feel we are to have a great physician caring for our "daughter".

~ Payment is required when services are rendered. –We do not offer payment plans.
~ Patient(s) must show proof of current vaccinations before bathing, boarding, in-house treatments or surgical procedures.
~ Patients must be flea/tick free for boarding, in-house treatments or surgical procedures or extra charges will apply.
~ A yearly heartworm test and current exam is required to purchase preventative medicine.
~ Patient(s) must be on a leash, in a carrier or in your arms at all times in our clinic.
~Aggressive patient(s) are subject to additional charges per visit.
~ Returned check charge: $25.00
